I have to admit that over the years I have owned and /or operated a multiude of restaurants and hospitality venues, most of which I have been extremely fond. I suppose my greatest successes were always as a Director as the companies always had the cash to make it a roaring success (with my help of course!!) that I never did. Having said that, there were many of my own of which I enjoyed very much.
